2018 NPE Post Show Report

The 2018 NPE International Plastics Show was held from May 7th to 11th at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, USA. There are about 2,000 exhibitors, 40% are from other overseas. And about 65,000 professional buyers, 25% of whom are from outside the United States.

During this event, the main machine displayed is “High Speed Closure Two Side Inspection Machine”. It was working with the Jon Wai cap injection molding. After molding, the finished cap will enter our inspection machine to do internal and external quality check. The visitors will be able to see that while high speed running, the system still could accurately identify and reject the cap with defects of inside or outside through high-speed optical modules and self-developed software. Our machine enables to fit the current market requirements and has the same speed and competitiveness as well-known equipment manufacturers, and even better than the existing specifications of the industry. Therefore, VNS inspection machine has got much great response and favor during the event, and also increased the opportunity to enter the US market.
